All beats here at HitsByMalek.com are for non-exclusive leasing rights ONLY! That means you can use them for independent albums, mixtapes, performances, and demos. The tracks will be in high quality mp3 format. Also, all beats are royalty free meaning that you can sell up to 2,000 copies and keep 100% of the profit.

Are exclusive rights available for the beats on the website?

Yes, exclusive rights are available. Prices for exclusive beats are negotiable. Exclusive rights grants the purchaser full rights to the beat, royalty-free, with session files included in wav format. After exclusive rights are purchased, the beat will be removed from the site.
